The location was fantastic, with a train station and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It was also convenient having a Tesco for groceries. The apartment itself was great value for money and had a small kitchen with all the necessary appliances, allowing us to save money by cooking in. The owners were very helpful and provided thorough communication prior to our stay.
The process of collecting the key was a bit inconvenient, with a long queue at the collection point. The fold-out sofa beds were not very comfortable, especially for adults, as they were squeaky and saggy.

Great location, easy access to public transport and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Spacious apartment with well-equipped kitchen and good quality bathrooms. - Quiet apartment block, despite some noise outside due to the central location.
Shower room cabinet was dirty and despite reporting it, no cleaner came. Useless shower, had to use the bath instead.

Stayed at a so-called "luxury" apartment. Loved the thrill of discovering broken chairs, leaky toilets, and non-functioning shower. Also enjoyed the challenge of queuing for the one working toilet with 8 people. Such a dreamy experience! Not.
Oh, I just adored everything! Totally flawless.
